Process Description Brands
Potato Crisps We thinly sliced potatoes and cook them in 100% pure Sunflower oil in a continuous cooker. Each of our brands has a unique flavour which is added while the crisps are hot. We then quickly package them to keep them fresh.
Low Fat Crisps Sliced potatoes are cooked in 100% Sunflower oil and then baked to reduce the oil and calories.
Kettle Cooked Crisps For that special texture we slowly cook Potato slices in a batch cooker with Sunflower oil.
Extruded Snacks We cook Corn or Potato or Rice or Soya and/or other grains using an extruder and cut them into lots of interesting shapes. They’re then baked in an oven before flavouring with our special flavours.
Popcorn in oil Popcorn kernels are popped in a batch kettle with coconut oil for a luxuriously tasty product.
Popcorn in air We pop Popcorn kernels in a hot air oven for a nice baked flavour.
Snack Pellets Shaped pellets similar to pasta using potato or corn and/or rice are lightly fried in 100% pure Sunflower oil to puff them into a deliciously crispy snack product.
Air Puffed Snacks Tiny granulated grains of Cassava or Potato or Rice or Corn are steam expanded in a special machine into a soft and crunchy round shape that is low in calories.
Baked Snacks We make a big sheet of dough using whole grain corn and whole grain rice. It is then cut into shapes and cooked in a very high temperature oven to give a lovely baked flavour. For an extra flavoursome product we can also cook the chips in Sunflower oil.
